This is yesterday's dinner, Okonomiyaki 大阪烧. I have always wanted to make this, and it turns out to be a success! Super yummy! It's very simply, just shredded cabbage with flour, mix with water. Pan fried it till done, then quickly spread Okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, and bonito flakes.!Absolutely wonderfully delicious.... =D .. Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancake made with varieties of ingredients, but I only used cabbage since I only have cabbage.
