It's an Oreo Ice Cream Birthday Cake that I made for my friend's birthday. I made everything from scratch except for the Oreo cookies that I purchased in the store. Inside the cake, there is two layers of ice cream, one is homemade Oreo vanilla ice cream, and one is homemade chocolate ice cream. I made the ice cream from scratch without an ice cream maker, and boy, it's really a very long process. It's nice to own an ice cream maker if you want to make the ice cream from scratch. However, I was very pleased when everyone seemed to love the cake.. Hehe.. It's always my joy to see smiles on people that eat my desserts/cakes/cookies/bars...
