Easy Chocolate Pudding

Easy Chocolate Pudding! I was thinking about eating pudding since my friend showed me a pudding she made, but I'm lazy to make complicated pudding. So, with the leftover stuff in my pantry, I made myself an easy chocolate pudding made with only 3 ingredients!

Easy Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients:
100g soymilk
20 mini marshmallows (or more, if you want it to be more firm)
25g chocolate chips

Steps:
Put all ingredients into a microwaveable mug and microwave it for 1 minute on high. Then stir it and microwave for another 1 minute. Stir it again. Microwave it for another 30 seconds if not all ingredients are melted. Then cover with cling wrap and fridge it for 1-2 hours or overnight.

The texture is soft and smooth, and not very firm, but i like it! I think I'm gonna change the recipe next time by using unsweetened soymilk or unsweetened chocolate because to me, it is kinda sweet. So, here it goes! easy pudding! You can make it into any other flavors such as strawberries, or just plain pudding with vanilla flavor. YUMMY!

Happy Baking! =)

Egg Tart

Very ugly egg tart... but yummy.. The first 3 photos are the original/traditional egg tarts with the flour texture tart... The 4th photo is adapted from Nasi Lemak Lover's puff pastry egg tart. Very yummy as well..I boyfriend prefer the puff pastry one because it has more layer texture and crunchy and buttery and fatty...LOL...And, it is very easy to make. The puff pastry can be bough in store ready made, frozen one... Just thaw it and cut to desired square shape... The filling is sugar, eggs, water, milk and vinegar... Super easy...

Breads

Since I was very young, I do not like to eat rice, but BREADS are my FAVORITE! I cannot live without breads! No idea why at all...I would always ask my mum to buy me breads for lunch or dinner instead of chicken rice, nasi lemak, etc...>.<...think back about it, I am really a weirdo...As I am growing older, haha...rice is an essential thing in my life, I will feel weird without any rice on any single day...having to say that, still extremely love breads..haha..okay..enough of me bragging about it... These are some posts of breads baking projects that I have made...

Cinnamon rolls with chocolate chips (Good combination!)

A mini batch of milk bread buns.. (not very successful though, i guess..)

This is a batch a bread with a filling of pork floss.. Absolutely delicious! Forgot to take a photo of the inside of the bun... The butter really give the bun a nice outer, shiny look.
