Healthy Bake Banana-Oats-AlmondButter-ChocolateChip Cookies
Hi peeps, I have not been active on blog because I was so busy.... =(=(=(.... Baking has been stopped for quite a long time for me (I cannot believe I have no time to bake). But, I have been back for awhile, trying to bake whenever I want to get myself away from my studies. Writing my thesis is really getting my soul. Okay, enough saying. This is a very long-time-baking-remaining-photographs-found-in-my-saved-files, so here you go!
Healthy Bake Banana-Oats-AlmondButter-ChocolateChip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 mashed banana
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
Step:
Mix everything together, if the batter is too thick, just add 1 tbsp of milk one at a time till the consistency is sticky and yet doable. Scoop 1 tbsp of cookie batter on to baking sheet and press it down. Bake on parchment lined paper at 350F for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely and indulge! Yummy Healthy Treats!
Happy Baking and Happy 2015! =D

Honey-Coated Granola
Honey-Coated Granola
Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oats (not the instant one)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey
1 cup sliced almond
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 320F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix vegetable oil, honey, salt and vanilla extract till incorporated.
3. Add oats and almond into the mixture until well mixed.
4. Place on a baking pan and bake for 30-40 minutes. Stir occasionally every 10 minutes to avoid granola from being burned. If the granola turns light brown, then it is done.
5. Let it cool in pan. Enjoy as breakfast or as gift for friend.
It is a very easy recipe and it is very healthy also. I hope that you will enjoy this recipe! =)
