Spongy banana loaf cake
With two very-riped bananas left, the end results is always a spongy banana cake! The fragrant makes you awake and happy! Haha.. =D

I make it into a loaf this time, so preheat oven to 350 F and grease pan, line with parchment paper. Bake for 45-50 minutes till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
The cake this time has more darker color tone at the bottom layer, and the top layer is more light in color. I suspect that this happened due to the uneven mix of oil. However, it still tasted good, according to my bf, so that's okay then.. =P
Enjoy your cake with a cup of coffee or milo or milk!
