This is a tiramisu squared cake that I have instantly love! Very smooth and silky.. I use mascarpone cheese and whipping cream to make it silkier.. I think that whipping cream really adds into the silky texture without it being too overpowering with cheese... I use very dark espresso beans with no added sugar (super rich).>.<.
Sorry for the appearance of the cake, i take the photo after a while when the cake is cut and left at room temperature... (my photo skills are not the best..>.<..)
