This is a cake I made for my friend's farewell. I have always wanted to try this strawberry cake. I love the freshness and tartness of strawberries, and this really makes me instantly love it! I make a basic sponge cake, and prepare 1 big boxes of fresh strawberries, and homemade fresh whipped cream. Easy ingredients that can be able to create a very delicious cake. I forgot to take the picture of the cut cake. >.< Bear with my frosting skills. It was very long time ago..LOL.. I made 4 layers and strawberry cake is always very refreshing, it is not that heavy like chocolate cake. You can easily eat up to 2-3 slices of cake.
